We offer free standard shipping on all AU and NZ orders over $350. Please check NZ Post site for up to date times.

DHL Express shipping timeframes: Australia - Major cities 1-4 business days (generally overnight to Melbourne and Sydney) from date of shipment. Other areas please allow an additional 2-3 business days.

Express NZ Post: 1-2 days, please check NZ post site for up to date information.

DHL Express shipping timeframes: Major cities 2-4 business days (generally overnight) from date of shipment. Other areas please allow an additional 2-3 business days. If you alter the address through DHL this will extend the shipping time frame so please be aware.

Standard shipping timeframes: 10-25 business days from date of shipment. 

We ship with DHL, Australia Post and New Zealand Post depending on which studio your item is being sent from, the above time-frames take this into account.

The cost of duties and taxes outside of Australia and New Zealand are at the customers responsibility.

Please select carefully as we are unable to refund any duties or taxes for international returns. This must be pursued by customers at their own jurisdiction. You may be able to contact the customs office and apply for a return through them. You may also contact your customs offices before placing a purchase, if you wish to receive an estimate of cos.
