You have 3 days from the date of delivery to lodge your return request. This is a strict timeframe due to size and low inventory model of our business. We are not able to make exceptions here so please read below for conditions.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, in case of gift with purchase, the gift must also be returned with the item.

  • Refunds are eligible for full priced styles only, this excludes anything ‘custom’ and ‘MTO made to order’ (10% welcome and 10% review codes excluded). If an item is marked as ‘PO (pre-order)’ this is still valid for refund or exchange.
  • Full price items can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange.
  • Sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Styles marked as "final sale - size exchange only“ on the product page are eligible for size exchange only and will incur a return postage fee, pending size availability. If your desired size is not available to exchange, you cannot return the item for store credit or refund (no exceptions).  

 

If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. 

 

Australia: $25aud DHL return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. *Exchanges free. Item must be collected within 3 days of receiving you return label from DH.


New Zealand: Item must be returned within 7 days of your return being approved., you will receive the NZ address for returns once your return is lodged and approved. If your item arrives outside this time frame your return will not be accepted. Return postage is at customers cost.

 

International: $35aud DHL return postage label fee will be deducted from the refund or credit note amount. *Exchanges free. Item must be collected within 3 days of receiving you return label from DH.

 

 

EXCHANGE

If the size you are hoping to exchange for is no longer available at the time of processing, a refund or credit note will be issued depending on the item’s eligibility. Please note; we only allow one exchange per order, because of this we recommend size exchange only.

 

REFUNDS

If your return is eligible for a refund, you will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping fee and any original shipping fees. Once the refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow up to five business days for this amount to appear in your account.

 

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for three years from issue date, and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use online. If you have purchased an item using a credit note and have not used the full amount you will need to email us by replying to your order confirmation to request an updated code with your remaining store credit. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES FOR RETURNS

Please allow up to 3 business days once your return request is submitted. Please allow up to 3 days for your return to be processed once received. You will receive an email when our team has received your return and again when your return is processed. 

 

CUSTOM & MTO (made to order)

These items are not eligible for return so please choose carefully. We are not able to make any exceptions.

 

PO (pre-order)

Pre-order items are considered ‘full price’ items and are valid for return.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY

If you have a concern that the item you have received is faulty, please contact us immediately.

At the discretion of Dominique Healy, we will organise a repair, exchange or refund if the item is deemed faulty.

We do not accept returns for faulty items after 3 months of receiving. Please see details below: 

- no alterations or attempted repairs by customer

- show a fault in manufacturing after 3 months of receiving garment.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

The cost of duties and taxes outside of Australia, New Zealand and USA are at the customers responsibility.

Please select carefully as we are unable to refund any duties or taxes for international returns. This must be pursued by customers at their own jurisdiction. You may be able to contact the customs office and apply for a return through them. You may also contact your customs offices before placing a purchase, if you wish to receive an estimate of cost.
